1. Who we are

ServiceMatch (servicematch.online) is a three-way home services marketplace connecting customers, companies, and workers. For privacy questions, contact support@servicematch.online.

2. What data we collect

  • Forms: when you sign up, post a job, claim a company profile, or contact us, we receive the data you enter (name, email, phone, address, project details, license number).
  • Cookies: session, login, CSRF, and preference cookies.
  • Analytics: aggregated, anonymized page-view and device data.
  • IP addresses: recorded by our web server for security and abuse prevention.

3. Contractor and business data

Companies submit license numbers, insurance documentation, and contact details to be listed on ServiceMatch. We use this information to verify legitimacy and gate the Verified and Premier tiers. Public profile fields (business name, service area, ratings, reviews) appear on the marketplace; license and insurance documents are stored securely and are not shown publicly. Workers' contact information is not exposed publicly. Companies and workers can request deletion of their accounts and data at any time.

4. Google AdSense and third-party advertising

This site is enrolled in Google AdSense. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Read more in Google's advertising technology policy, and opt out at Google's Ads Settings.

5. Google Analytics

If our site runs Google Analytics or an equivalent platform, anonymized usage data is collected so we can understand how visitors use the site. We do not pass personally identifying information beyond what your browser sends.
